If you’re working on a Mac, there’s an app called Automator which helps users automate any repetitive tasks and it works with products such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop and text editors.

If you’re working on a Windows computer, there’s a similar app called Actions. It has a huge variety of tools which can ultimately save you time.

There are tutorials online which goes into more depth on each of the apps but they are incredibly easy to pick up.
