#Tip 1: Write it Down
Once you have written down what you are going to do then the rest is easy. Often Executives will tell me that they need a strategy/away day. I ask them to just spend 10 minutes writing their initial thoughts on a blank piece of paper – guess what? 9 times out of 10, this is enough for them to identify how they want to move forward with their business.
We get 24 hours in the day, that’s it and most of the time it never feels enough. Days tend to fly by when you’re busy and by the end of the day, you’re wishing you had more hours to get everything finished.
