#Tip 1: Write it Down
Once you have written down what you are going to do then the rest is easy. Often Executives will tell me that they need a strategy/away day. I ask them to just spend 10 minutes writing their initial thoughts on a blank piece of paper – guess what? 9 times out of 10, this is enough for them to identify how they want to move forward with their business.
